Privacy Policy

Data that stays on your device

All workout data — exercises, sets, weights, reps, routines, and history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. This data is not transmitted to any server. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it.

iCloud sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your workout data may also sync to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud container — Ribbescobb Labs cannot access, view, or retrieve it. This sync is managed entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.

If you delete the app, your local workout data is deleted with it. iCloud data is managed by your iCloud account settings.

Anonymous analytics

STRONK uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand which features are used and where the app can be improved.

What we collect through analytics:

• App launch events
• Screen views (e.g., that someone opened a screen — not what they saw there)
• Feature usage signals (e.g., that a workout was completed, not the specific exercises or weights)
• Basic device metadata (device model, OS version, app version)

What we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Specific workout data (weights, reps, exercise names, or routines)
• Location data
• Health or biometric data
• Advertising identifiers
• Any data that could identify you personally

TelemetryDeck does not use cookies or advertising identifiers. Analytics data cannot be linked back to individual users. You can learn more about TelemetryDeck's privacy practices at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Third-party services

STRONK does not integrate with any social networks, advertising platforms, or third-party data brokers. The only external service used is TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics as described above.

Children's privacy

STRONK does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted within the app.
